WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

In-Store Pickup

 

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday from 14:00 - 18:00.

An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. You can pay contactless or by cash. To pick up your order you will need to visit the following address:

Free Shipping

 

We offer free shipping to all orders over 60 BGN ONLY in Bulgaria. All other countries do not benefit from our free shipping policy. 

 

Expedited Shipping Fees

 

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
 

Standard shipping (Monday to Friday) by Speedy (up to 2-3 days)

  • Up to 1kg (Office – Office) - 3.90 BGN

  • Up to 1kg (Office – to Door) - 5.70 BGN

  • Up to 3kg (Office – Office) - 5.40 BGN

  • Up to 3kg (Office – to Door) - 6.50 BGN

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Return & Exchange

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
