How do I extend the life of my candles?Your initial burn is the most important in determining the life of your candle. Your first burn should up to 3 and 3.5 hours or until a full melt pool has formed. The first burn and every burn after should always melt the wax to the edge of the container, ensuring that as your candle melts it does so evenly down the glass.

Do I need to trim my wick?Yes, you should trim candle wicks to less than 0.5cm (1/4 inch) before every burn. Long or crooked untrimmed wicks can cause uneven burning, make your candle burn too quickly, produce soot, and reduce the fragrance. How do I clean my candle jar?Soy wax has a naturally low melting point, and cleans extremely easy. Scrape out and leftover wax with a spoon / knife. Using hot, soapy water, wipe clean. PLEASE re-purpose your jars! Read more how to clean / re-purpose your jars here.

I need my candles tomorrow. Can you Overnight?In most cases, yes. Typically, we need at least 1-2 business days to process and ship each candle order. However, we can sometimes make an exception to have an order ship via overnight shipping. Can I return my order?We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at info@glimglamcandles.com and we’ll take you through the process. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
